Koronaepidemian vaikutus veneilykauden 2020 alkuun

Korona vaikuttaa kaikilla yhteiskunnan tahoilla, ja niin myös meidän oman venekerhon toimintaan. Venekerhon toiminta tulee käynnistymään kuitenkin normaalisti, venekerhoa ei ole suljettu, satama ja muu infrastruktuuri on venekerholaisten käytössä kuten ennenkin. Joitain muutoksia toimintaan kuitenkin joudumme tekemään ja kehoittamme kaikkia venekerhon jäseniä käyttäytymään vastuullisesti, jotta emme toiminnallamme nopeuta koronan leviämistä.
Hallitus pyytää venekerholaisia huomioimaan seuraavia asioita:
  • Talkoot. Venekerho ei tule järjestämään mitään yli 10 hengen tapahtumaa. Kevään talkoot tullaan järjestämään pienemmissä ryhmissä arki-iltaisin. Johan Lindholm ja Ville Lindfors koordinoivat talkoot, kerholaiset voivat ilmoittautua itselleen sopivaan talkooryhmään. Hallitus valvoo, ettei ryhmän koko ylitä kymmentä henkeä. Lisätietoja ja ilmoittautumisohjeita tulee sähköpostilla. Talkooryhmiin osallistuminen huomioidaan vartiointivuorolistoja laadittaessa, kuten ennenkin.
  • Veneiden laskut eivät ole venekerhon virallisesti järjestämiä tapahtumia, vaan jokainen vastaa itse veneensä laskusta yhdessä veneen laskijan kanssa, kuten ennenkin. On oletettavaa, että laskupäivinä satamassa tulee olemaan enemmän henkilöitä, joten pyydämme jokaista pitämään vähintään kahden metrin turvavälin toisiin ihmisiin. Laskupäivinä on suositeltavaa viettää aikaa mahdollisimman paljon omassa veneessään. Veneiden laskut varataan tuttuun tapaan sataman ilmoitustaulun listalta. Tänä vuonna listalle on merkitty suuntaa antavat kellonajat ja toivomme, ettei satamaan tulla turhaan liian aikaisin.
  • Katsastukset. Runkokatsastuspäivä siirtyy syksylle. Katsastukset tullaan järjestämään mahdollisuuksien mukaan etäyhteyksien avulla. Jokainen venekerholainen sopii itse katsastusajan katsastajan kanssa. Huolehdi, että sinulla on sovittuna ajankohtana mukanasi laite, jossa toimii videopuhelu.
  • Vartioinnit hoidetaan kuten ennenkin vartiointisääntöjen mukaisesti ja omalla vuorollaan. Koska koronavirus leviää myös pinnoilta, suositellaan vartijaa viettämään vartiointivuoronsa omassa veneessään, mikäli se on mahdollista. Mikäli vartiovuoro hoidetaan Thyrassa, vartija putsaa lähtiessään kaikki pinnat puhtaiksi vartiotuvasta löytyvällä desinfiointiaineella. Vartija vie myös aina kaikki roskat ulkoroskikseen ja pesee vessan. Alkukaudella yli 70 vuotiaat on vapautettu vartiovuoroista, johtuen Suomen hallituksen antamista ohjeistuksista.
  • Uusimaa on alkukaudesta suljettu ja tämä koskee myös merialueita. Merirajoja valvotaan ja venekerholaisia pyydetään huomioimaan tämä alkukauden reissuja suunnitellessa.
  • Jos tunnet itsesi flunssaiseksi älä tule satamaan vaan pysy kotona.
Koronatilanne muuttuu koko ajan ja hallitus seuraa tilannetta jatkuvasti. Tulemme viestimään tilanteesta aktiivisesti verkkosivuillamme sekä Facebook-ryhmässä. Tällä hetkellä oletamme, että toukokuun jälkeen rajoitukset helpottavat ja esimerkiksi junnupurjehduksia ja kerhon 45v. juhlat voidaan järjestää. Mitään varmaa näistä ei kuitenkaan voida vielä sanoa, joten ilmoitamme tilaisuuksista tarkemmin myöhemmin keväällä.
